Following their lavish wedding in Udaipur on February 26, South Indian actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda hosted a grand reception at the Taj Krishna hotel in Hyderabad. 

The couple invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, and his wife Geetha to attend the event.

The wedding invitation had been shared on February 16 and went viral.The invitation reads, “I'm writing to share some special news and to invite you to be part of a huge moment. With the love and blessings of our families Rashmika and I will be getting married on 26.02.26 in a small and intimate ceremony. As we begin this new chapter celebrating and creating memories around our union- it would truly mean a lot to us to celebrate with those who have been a part of our journeys. Your presence and blessings would make this occasion even more special for us.”

Vijay added, “We warmly invite you to join us and bless us at our Wedding Reception. Wednesday 04 March, 2026 at 7:00 PM onwards. Taj Krishna, Banjara Hills Hyderabad. We look forward to celebrating together. Warm regards Vijay (on behalf of Rashmika & myself).”

Initially, the reception was planned as an exclusive event for members of the film industry from Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada cinema, along with prominent political and administrative leaders. The couple’s team confirmed that the gathering remained strictly invite-only for security reasons.

PM Modi, Amit Shah, and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy were also expected to join.

The couple announced that their celebration would be called the “Wedding of VIROSH.” Wedding events were scheduled to take place at The Mementos in Udaipur between February 24 and 26.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda first met on set of Geetha Govindam (2018) later appeared Dear Comrade (2019).They are also seheduled to appear in Raanabali together.
