The upcoming action drama Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is already being spoken about as one of the most-awaited Indian films of the year. And now, it seems the film may also serve as a launchpad for a few other major projects.

According to reports first highlighted by Pinkvilla, the trailer of Bhooth Bangla will be attached to the theatrical prints of Dhurandhar 2. But that may not be all.

Sources say Jio Studios is also planning to screen the teasers of two other upcoming films, Raja Shivaji and Cocktail 2, along with the Ranveer Singh-led spy action drama. 

If confirmed, audiences going to watch Dhurandhar 2 could end up enjoyng first glimpse of three different films in one sitting.

The move appears to be a marketing bet on the huge anticipation surrounding the film, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh. 3

Industry chatter suggests the hype around the project is already strong enough that “the film could literally be released tomorrow, and the audience will still flock to the cinemas.”

Among the teasers expected to play is Raja Shivaji, a large-scale historical drama directed by and starring Riteish Deshmukh. 

The film tells the story of the Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and is scheduled for release on 1 May.

Meanwhile, the sequel to 2012 Cocktail is being directed by Homi Adajania, which features Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna in a story about modern relationships. 

Its release date has not yet been confirmed, though its teaser is expected around Eid 2026.
