Cocktail 2 creators have begun their first promotional campaign through the release of character posters which showcase the main three characters Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna.

The production company Maddock Films released the posters on March 13 which occurred five days before their planned first look teaser launch.

The social media announcement revealed the information through the banner which displayed the caption, "For more info, make your way to the theatres this Wednesday, March 18," which revealed the date and location of the teaser's first presentation to audiences before its digital distribution.

The newly released visuals introduce audiences to the film's central characters played by Shahid, Kriti and Rashmika who appear in distinct character posters that showcase their individual personality traits throughout the film.

The poster of Shahid shows him as the distressed city dweller who forms one part of a three person group.

Rashmika poster displays her unrestrained and free-spirited personality. The visual depicts a character who enjoys exploration and spontaneous experiences of the present moment.

The poster of Kriti shows a more stylish and mysterious character. In the image she is seen lounging in the back seat of the convertible with her feet resting comfortably which creates a relaxed yet enigmatic aesthetic.

The three posters display a unified visual design which uses a Mediterranean background together with a matching green convertible to establish a unified visual design that supports the film's spiritual sequel storyline.

Homi Adajania who directed the original Cocktail will direct the upcoming film which Dinesh Vijan produced through Maddock Films and Luv Ranjan wrote the screenplay.

The film will also feature veteran actors Dimple Kapadia and Arjun Rampal along with Rohit Saraf in a key role.

The project finished its filming process on January 31, 2026, after executing shooting schedules in Delhi, Gurugram and picturesque sites throughout Sicily, Italy.

The posters have generated excitement among fans who are waiting for the March 18 teaser and the worldwide theatrical release which will occur on June 19, 2026. The modern urban romance will be presented through its new cast and plot development.
