Aaron Pierre set to take on exciting new role
Aaron Pierre is officially onboard for the next Superman sequel.
The 31-year-old British actor is the latest cast member stepping into Man of Tomorrow, the highly anticipated sequel to 2025’s Superman.
James Gunn will return to both write and direct the sequel.
David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult will reprise their roles as Superman/Clark Kent and Lex Luthor.
The movie is expected to release on July 9, of next year.
In the new movie, Superman and Lex must work together to battle the alien technology threat Brainiac, with Lars Eidinger cast in the role.
Production of the sequel begins in April in Atlanta, with Rachel Brosnahan Skyler Gisondo and Sara Sampaio returning to their roles from the previous film.
For Aaron, this will be his second DC Studios project as he has also starred in the Green Lanterns series on HBO, coming out this summer on HBO.
He will also be seen in Star Wars: Starfighter, which will hit the screens in 2027.
He has also worked on Rebel Ridge, Mufasa: The Lion King, and more.
