The world will be witnessing another Barbenheimer kind of box office clash as Avengers: Doomsday and Dune 3 are set to release on the same date.

Directed by the Russo brothers, the new MCU film is scheduled to hit theatres globally on December 18. Meanwhile, Denis Villenuve’s action sci-fi is also coming out the same day.

The clash does sounds exciting, but there is a higher chance that it might affect the box office earnings of the films. Besides that, it could also leave it without IMAX screens on opening weekend.

Therefore, Marvel Studios is working out strategies to avoid the clash. Reportedly, they are planning to push forward the release of Avengers: Doomsday.

According to the reports of Wealth, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is looking forward to bringing out the new action sci-fi on December 11.

The Russo brothers directorial is set to reunite Robert Downey Jr with Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch and Sebastian Stan.

On the other hand, Dune 3 also has an amazing ensemble star cast including Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Robet Pattinson, Rebecca Ferguson, Jason Momoa, Javier Bardem, and Anya Taylor-Joy.
