The announcement of Akshay Kumar's Welcome to the Jungle project has made the film a popular topic of discussion.

The film's Dubai shooting schedule has been confirmed for its upcoming production which follows the directorial work of Ahmed Khan.

The cast will travel to the UAE to film what is being reported as one of the most expensive and visually spectacular sequences in the film Suniel Shetty's grand entry scene.

The sequence which will be filmed over three days draws its creative vision from Feroz Khan's famous introduction in the original Welcome (2007) movie.

The report stated, "Suniel's introduction scene will be one of the most expensive [sets] in the movie, shot over three days."

Shetty portrays an affectionate gangster character in the film while the filmmakers created an extraordinary entrance for his character.

"The scene will be shot mid-sea, onboard a 200-foot sleek yacht with a helipad. Suniel and Arshad will get down from the helicopter and meet the others," the report added. The sequence includes Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, and Rajpal Yadav.

Producer Firoz A. Nadiadwallah was insistent that this particular sequence be filmed in Dubai, despite earlier logistical hurdles. "It's one of the most important scenes in the movie. The team also felt that only Dubai suited the ambience and mood we wanted for this universal family entertainer," Nadiadwallah explained.

Shetty, who had been closely associated with the emirate in professional and private spheres for the last 35 years, echoed the same.

"I feel safe and secure in Dubai. We will be shooting a grand sequence there in May. I am very excited to work with Firoz bhai," the actor shared.
