Taylor Frankie Paul has filed for a restraining order against her former partner, Dakota Mortensen, alleging multiple accusations of abuse as the investigation goes forward.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the reality star claims she experienced four separate incidents involving alleged assault, harassment, and stalking during their relationship.

The most serious allegation centres on an incident in the early hours of February 23, 2026, when Paul says Mortensen arrived at her home while three children, including their son Ever, were asleep. The filing states she agreed to speak with him outside to avoid disturbance before the pair entered his vehicle, where the situation escalated.

Paul alleges Mortensen drove away despite her objections, and during an argument, “slammed her head” against the dashboard and struck her knee and elbow, causing what she described as “immediate and intense” pain. 

Photographs submitted with the filing reportedly document bruising sustained after the alleged incident.

The Bachelorette star further claims Mortensen later made inappropriate advances following the altercation.

The restraining order request marks the latest development in what appears to be an escalating legal dispute between the former couple. Mortensen has not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of writing.
