Sabrina Carpenter’s excitement and emotions are already on full display as she gears up for her much-awaited Coachella 2026 gig.

In a new cover story interview with Perfect magazine for Marc Jacobs, the 26-year-old pop star opened up about her upcoming performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

"It’s the most ambitious show I’ve ever done. It’s probably the most time I’ve ever had to actually just sit down and talk about a show as I’m building it," Carpenter said.

She continued, "Most of the time, you’re really quickly thrust into physical rehearsals, but this time around we started this process around seven months ago. So it’s been a long journey. It will be very special."

Reflecting on her journey, the House Tour songstress also recalled her first Coachella performance in 2024.

"That was a really special day for me, the day my song ‘Espresso’ came out. I got to play that for the first time at Coachella," she shared. "And now, two years later, we’re back."

The Grammy-winning artist added that returning to such a major platform after releasing multiple hit songs feels surreal.

"And I think that’s what makes this show feel really, really surreal: getting to celebrate all the songs that have come after it, and just how many lives they’ve lived since they’ve come out." Carpenter remarked.

Sabrina Carpenter will take the stage on April 10 and April 17, joining fellow headliners Justin Bieber, Karol G, and Anyma at this year’s Coachella.
