A first look at season 2 of Dark Matter has arrived, with brand-new photos giving fans an early preview.

The series will release worldwide with 10 episodes on Apple TV+ on August 28, with one episode and will come out with episodes weekly until October 30.

Dark Matter, is a series adaptation of Blake Crouch’s bestselling book and stars Joel Edgerton, Jennifer Connelly, Alice Braga, Jimmi Simpson, Dayo Okeniyi, Oakes Fegley and Amanda Brugel.

"Dark Matter is a story about the road not taken. In season one, the series followed Jason Dessen (Joel), a physicist, professor and family man who, one night while walking home on the streets of Chicago, is abducted into an alternate version of his life. Wonder quickly turns to nightmare when he tries to return to his reality amid the mind-bending landscape of lives he could have lived," the official logline reads.

Blake Crouch leads the series as creator, showrunner, writer and executive producer, joined by executive producers Matt Tolmach, Richard Lederer and Jacquelyn Ben-Zekry, who co-writes every Season 2 episode with him, while Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly also serve as executive producers.
