Prabhas and Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga took a break from filming Spirit to enjoy a theatrical screening of Dhurandhar: The Revenge.

The director and actor duo entered their premium theatre seats to watch the spy action film which starred Ranveer Singh and was directed by Aditya Dhar.

The two people from the photos which circulate on social media show their seat arrangement before the movie started. The photos display Prabhas smiling while he watched the large display.

The sighting of Prabhas and director Vanga happened three months after their film Spirit received media attention when Deepika Padukone left the production.

Deepika originally planned to play the female lead but she left the project which led the producers to select actress Triptii Dimri as her replacement. The reason for Padukone's departure was reported to be her demand for an 8-hour work shift combined with her financial requirements.

The screening occurs at a moment when Dhurandhar 2 has outshine Baahubali 2: The Conclusion record which maintained its status for almost ten years with an Indian net collection that reached approximately Rs 1,030 to 1,033 crore.

The box office results show that Dhurandhar 2 has achieved an estimated net collection of Rs 1,041.27 crore.

The excitement continues to build for Spirit starring Prabhas and directed by Sandeep Reddy which is slated for a 2027 release. The film also features Vivek Oberoi and Prakash Raj in key roles.
