Actor Rashmika Mandanna chose a quiet, personal way to mark her 30th birthday, but it was a family surprise that ended up defining the day.

The actor was in her hometown, Virajpet, on April 5 for a small gathering when her father, Madan Mandanna, gifted her a bungalow named “Serenity”. The moment, described by those present, left her visibly emotional.

The house sits close to where she grew up. It is calm, private, and surrounded by nature. For the Chhaava actor, it seems to mean more than just property. It connects her back to her roots at a time when her work keeps her constantly moving.

The birthday itself stayed simple. She wore traditional clothes and spent time with family, relatives, and people from the local community. 

The family also distributed sweets and announced scholarships for students, turning the day into something shared rather than private.

A day later, celebrations continued with a small reception attended by close friends and family. 

The Pushpa star appeared in a Kodava-style saree, while her husband, Vijay Deverakonda, kept it formal in a black blazer. Videos from the event showed the couple walking in quietly with their families.

The couple married in February this year in Udaipur, followed by another reception in Hyderabad. 

On the professional front, the  Geetha Govindam duo will next be seen in Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, scheduled for release on September 11.
