The action movie Dacoit which stars Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur has received divided opinions from Twitter users. 

The technical aspects of the film received praise from several viewers who found its exciting scenes to be engaging yet some viewers thought the screenplay needed better continuity.

Shaneil Deo now directs this bilingual action adventure and it is called a saga of passion by Adivi Sesh.

Initial reviews on Twitter glorify the film's making but term the story and pace as boring.

Natural Star Nani gave a glowing review after watching Dacoit. He wrote, "True BLOCKBUSTER with all heart. #DACOIT WHAT A FILM! Much appreciated was technical work done in the film by many viewers. A tweet said, "The movie is technically sound and that is its biggest strength."

While the technical side received praise, the story and screenplay drew mixed responses. 

One user wrote, "#Dacoit An average action love story that is technically strong but the screenplay only works in parts."

Another tweet said, "Dacoit doesn’t live up to its title... The first half stands out with solid making... while the interval block feels fairly routine." Some felt certain twists were over the top and predictable.
