Taylor Swift’s cookie recipe emerges in Lively-Baldoni's legal battle
Taylor Swift’s cookie recipe surfaces in the legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
The development comes amid an ongoing courtroom clash tied to their professional fallout, with proceedings set to intensify ahead of the May 18 trial date.
According to filings, Lively’s legal team has submitted a fresh batch of evidence, including “a Taylor Swift cookie recipe that was linked in other correspondence,” as part of a broader set of 68 exhibits.
The submission also features personal photographs of Lively with Swift and a speech referencing her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
In response, Baldoni’s lawyers have requested additional time to review the material, arguing that the recipe is “exceptionally unlikely” to be presented to a jury.
The team has also asked the court to scale down the volume of evidence and witnesses submitted.
The latest filings follow a setback for Lively, after a judge dismissed 10 of her 13 claims earlier this month. She has since expanded her witness list, now including Reynolds.
Meanwhile, representatives for Swift have yet to comment on her unexpected link to the case.
