Niall Horan has confirmed the release date for his upcoming single Little More Time giving fans a fresh preview of his next album era.

The former One Direction star revealed on April 14 that the track will drop on April 23.

The song serves as the second single from his upcoming album Dinner Party which is scheduled for release on June 5.

Sharing the news on Instagram Horan described Little More Time as his favourite track from the album.

“Excited to let you all know that my favourite song off the album Little More Time is coming out on April 23!” he wrote.

Alongside the announcement Horan also shared a short snippet of the song offering fans a first listen at its tone and lyrics.

In the preview he sings about wishing for “one more song” and “just a little more time” capturing a sense of nostalgia and hesitation around goodbyes.

According to Horan the song reflects a universal feeling of wanting time to slow down.

Little More Time follows the lead single released last month continuing the rollout for Dinner Party which marks Horan’s fifth studio album.

The project signals his return with new music as he builds toward the full album release in June.
