The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein has turned herself in to the Miami police.

The reality TV star remained in the spotlight amid her highly publicised split from ex-husband Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.

The ongoing legal situation intensified after her former boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was recently arrested in connection with the same case.

Hochstein surrendered to police in Miami on April 15 and was booked into the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation Department, her attorney Jayne Weintraub confirmed, before being released on a $5,000 bond later that day.

According to court documents, she faces one count of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications relating to Leonard Hochstein, adding a legal dimension to the former couple’s already contentious divorce proceedings.

Glidden was arrested on April 12 on the same charge and later released on a $5,000 bond. He pleaded not guilty, waived his appearance at arraignment and requested a jury trial, according to reports.

Both Hochstein and Glidden were initially listed as co-defendants in a March 19 filing by Miami-Dade prosecutors, which alleged that between March 12 and March 31, 2023, they unlawfully intercepted Leonard Hochstein’s private oral communications.

The case is expected to move forward in court, with further proceedings likely to determine the outcome of the charges against both individuals.
