Stage is set for the FIFA World cup 2026 to begin with a bang in North America, however, it comes with a price tag for in house audience.
The football fans from around the world flock to the host country for major tournaments to celebrate the most popular sport in the world which costs a lot, however, this year’s world cup will push the price threshold further.
This year’s final tickets have racked up to millions of dollars leaving fans baffled.
Four tickets at the MetLife Stadium for July 19, where the final will be played, have been made available which are being sold for $2,299,998.85 each.
The seats are located in a row next to each other right behind one of the goal posts.
Category 1 seats are comparatively cheaper but that to is being put on resale for a little over $16,000, with some even going for over $24,000.
These tickets are put on sale on the FIFA Marketplace, an official platform where people can resell their tickets.
