Angelina Jolie has sparked online debate after her latest public appearance drew intense scrutiny with fans speculating about possible cosmetic changes and even raising concerns about her health.

The Oscar-winning actress attended the “Dearest Mother & Daughter: A Most Delightful Brunch Experience” alongside her 21-year-old daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt.

The event was held in collaboration with the Pearls of Purpose Foundation and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority at Spelman College where Zahara is a student.

Both mother and daughter delivered speeches at the event but much of the online reaction quickly shifted toward Jolie’s appearance.

Social media users shared mixed reactions with some suggesting cosmetic procedures may have altered her look.

“Her facial muscles have become numb after the cosmetic surgeries she underwent,” one person claimed.

“It looks like she’s had eyelid surgery. It’s affected all her beauty,” another wrote.

Others expressed confusion or surprise with one observer commenting “Is that even her? Like a cross between her and Natalie Portman.”

while another added, “Shut uuup! Who the phok is that?”

Some reactions went further with speculation about potential health issues.

Responding to a video from the event one user questioned whether Jolie might have had a stroke.

However other fans pushed back against the criticism pointing to natural ageing and rejecting assumptions about surgery.

“Angelina is 50 and has hollow cheeks, Of course she’s going to look more goth with age, she looks fit too,” one supporter wrote.

Jolie has previously addressed speculation about cosmetic procedures stating she is “not into plastic surgery” while also saying she does not judge others who choose it.
