Louis Tomlinson takes over O2 arena with acoustic rendition of 'Night Changes'
Louis Tomlinson leaves One Direction fans emotional
Louis Tomlinson has left fans mesmerized with an acoustic version of One Direction’s chartbuster song, Night Changes.
Last night, the 34-year-old singer performed at the London’s O2 arena as part of his ongoing tour, “How Did We Get Here?”
After wrapping up the Europe leg of his 2026 tour, Louis is now playing back-to-back sold out shows in the UK.
His latest gig turned out special not only for him, but also for his fans as he surprised them with an acoustic version of Night Changes.
As he started singing the verses, the crowd started chanting out loudly. After singing a few lines, he left the song for the audience to complete.
The whole scene looked mesmerizing to not only Tomlinson’s fans but also for all Directioners, who has been following the bandmates even after the split of the group in 2016.
Fans are getting emotional to hear a 1D song live from the band’s former member.
“I burst into tears when he started singing it”, wrote one fan. Meanwhile, another commented, “It’s so magical.”
A third fan, who attended Louis’ show in Dublin, felt jealous as they didn’t get to here any 1D song during their visit.
“Didn’t get a single 1D song at Dublin show. Was the show amazing? Uh Yeahhh. But I was lowkey disappointed about no 1D, lucky duck!!”
Fans also believe that Tomlinson played the song in remembrance of his late friend Liam Payne.
The Lemonade singer also dropped a glimpse of the magical night on his Instagram handle with a picture featuring him singing while standing on the barricades.
