Indian actor Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai remained locked for its June 5 dramatic release, even as a box office clash with Ram Charan’s Peddi was confirmed for June 4.

The producer of Varun Dhawan’s film, Ramesh Taurani, addressed the situation in a recent statement. He said that release clashes were part of the film industry calendar and nothing major could be changed at this stage.

He stated, “Ab kya kar sakte hain, kuchh nahi. Koi na koi toh aayega hi. There are 52 weeks in a year; someone will clash. It’s okay.”

He also confirmed that the release date of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai would not be shifted again, despite earlier changes in scheduling.

Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai was earlier moved between different dates due to shifting release plans of other big films.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s Peddi, which also stars Janhvi Kapoor, had already seen several delays. The film was first planned for March 27, then shifted to April 30, and later moved again before being positioned around early June.

As of now, both projects continued on their announced schedules, with no further official changes confirmed by the makers.
