Janhvi Kapoor’s film Peddi, where she stars alongside Ram Charan, is set to hit theatres on June 4. Just a day later, Varun Dhawan’s comedy entertainer Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is scheduled to release on June 5.

The 29-year-old diva recently shared a transformation clip on Instagram and reacted to this situation, tagging her  Bawaal co-star Varun in a playful way.

“Guess we’re clashing bitch @varundvn,” Janhvi wrote the caption.

The 39-year-old actor didn’t take long to reply. He responded to his Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari co-lead in the comments, saying,

“Omg it’s never a clash with u only and u are wow".

He also reposted her video on his own Instagram and added,

“It’s only a clash off (love)  with you @janhvikapoor u are looking wow in pedi. can’t wait to watch my friend."

Interestingly, the Bhediya actor’s film has had a bit of a confusing release journey. It was first planned for June 5. Then, when Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, starring Yash, locked June 4 as its release date, the makers shifted his film to June 12.

Later on, the movie was again moved to May 22, but now it has come back to its original June 5 release date.

Directed by David Dhawan, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai features Varun in the lead, with Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde playing the female leads. The supporting cast includes names like Rakesh Bedi, Mouni Roy, Chunky Panday, Jimmy Shergill, and Maniesh Paul.

On the other hand, Peddi stars Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in main roles. The film also includes Shiva Rajkumar, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu in important parts.

The movie is directed by Buchi Babu Sana and will release in several languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
