Mathew Perry’s legacy is being preserved as personal items from the manor of the Friends star will be auctioned next month.
The auction will take place on June 5 in partnership with the late actor’s non-profit foundation that focuses to reduce the stigma around addiction.
Some precious items from the globally acclaimed American sitcom Friends will be put up for auction.
For instance, collection of 26 scripts including "The One Where Joey speaks French," "The One With Ross’s Tan", finale episode "The Last One" and two other scripts all signed by Perry and his co-star Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow.
Meanwhile, Matthew had a replica of the iconic yellow peephole frame from Monica’s apartment, which is also up for a grab.
On the other hand, a photo album with the title "The One with The Last Supper", consisting of a special letter from “Jenny” is also being auctioned.
As per the Heritage Auctions, the money collected from the charity auction will “advance Matthew’s most meaningful legacy: building a future free from addiction stigma, where every person seeking recovery has access to the care, resources and the community they need to thrive.”
Perry, also known as Chandler Bing, passed away on October 28, 2023 due to acute effects of Ketamine.
