Taylor Frankie Paul shares wounded AI image following custody hearing
Taylor Frankie Paul has shared an emotionally charged post reflecting on mental health, following her recent custody hearing and amid Mental Health Awareness Month.
In an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, May 6, the reality TV star posted an AI-generated image showing a split visual of herself, one version appearing wounded and bandaged while facing away from the mirror, and another looking composed and fully made-up in the reflection.
“It’s mental health awareness month. I’ve had to be humbled to learn some experiences need to be lived through to understand. Which category should we start with?” she wrote in the caption.
The post quickly drew support from fans and fellow reality TV personalities, including her Secret Lives of Mormon Wives co-star Jessi Draper, who commented, “This 100%.”
Paul’s broken silence shortly after a difficult legal development involving her and former partner Dakota Mortensen.
On April 30, both were granted mutual protective orders lasting three years following a custody hearing concerning their 2-year-old son, Ever.
The court appearance marked the first time the former couple had been seen publicly together since reports of multiple domestic violence investigations involving them surfaced earlier this year.
While Paul did not directly reference the court proceedings in her post, the timing has drawn attention, with many interpreting the AI image as a symbolic reflection of emotional strain and public scrutiny.
