Selena Gomez paid a heartfelt tribute to none other than her Only Murders in the Building co-star Martin Short.
On Wednesday, May 6, the 32-year-old actress and singer took to her Instagram handle to gush over the 76-year-old veteran actor after attending the star-studded Los Angeles premiere of his new Netflix documentary, Marty, Life Is Short.
“This man who doesn’t have social media is truly outstandingly witty, smart and has given the most wonderful attributes to our world of comedy,” Gomez penned.
Praising Short for his impressive personality, she added, “Some may not know much that follow me. But Martin Short is nothing short of a legend. His outlook on life is simply joyful.”
Toward the end of the message, the Disney alum shared her emotional reaction after watching the documentary and encouraged fans to stream it once it is released.
“I cried, laughed and empathized his entire story. Check it out on @netflix now please. Worth every minute,” she noted.
Expressing heartfelt gratitude to Short, Gomez also praised him for being a constant source of encouragement in her life.
