Ranveer Singh has been in the spotlight for his phenomenal performances in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar: The Revenge.

The actor, currently riding high on the success of his back-to-back releases, recently found himself at the centre of a controversy over his vanity van usage.

While the actor has yet to respond to the claims, filmmaker Farah Khan and actor Gaurav Gera came to his rescue, defending his fashion preferences as a versatile actor.

In an exclusive interview with the Om Shanti Om director, Gaurav spoke highly of Ranveer, calling him a wonderful person despite his stardom.

Farah also addressed the ongoing speculation about the Bajirao Mastani star’s vanity vans.

Heaping praise on the actor, she expressed, “What a talent. 5 van aur dedo usko, Dhurandhar ke baad (give him 5 more vanity vans after Dhurandhar).”

To which, Gaurav instantly chimed in, adding, “I didn’t see these many vans.”

However, Khan said he should get as many vans as he wants, given his spectacular performance in the film.

For the unversed, Dhurandhar has emerged as India’s biggest film, starring Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Rakesh Bedi and Sara Arjun in lead roles.
