The latest episode features a fantasy-inspired sequence in which Sweeney’s notorious character Cassie channels Attack of the 50 Foot Woman by transforming into a towering blonde giantess roaming through Hollywood as helicopters hover overhead and crowds run for shelter.

Sources viewed the dramatic imagery as a reflection of the actress’s frustration after facing scrutiny over her political opinions and controversial American Eagle campaign.

"Sydney absolutely understood and encouraged the symbolism here. The giant blonde bombshell crushing Hollywood was meant as a provocation. She feels like left-leaning people in the industry have frozen her out because she doesn't fit their politics or behave the way they expect young actresses to behave," a tipster told the outlet.

The confidant added, "A lot of people in Hollywood still haven't forgiven her for the American Eagle uproar or for rumors about her Republican background. This was her way of saying she can still dominate the industry whether they like it or not."
