British pop star Victoria Beckham is looking back on her documentary roll out in positive light amid her fallout with her eldest son Brooklyn.
The Spice Girl star, who is married to English footballer David Beckham, was rumoured to be in a conflict with her son, who later publicly announced that he has cut his family off.
During this tough phase, Victoria’s Netflix docu-series that focuses on her life as a luxury designer came out.
The three-part docuseries dropped in October, three months before Brooklyn made the explosive statement.
Posh Spice said looking back on her life was a unique experience.
While speaking at the Time100 Summit in New York City, Victoria said “It was like a year's intense therapy, if I can be honest.”
“Because I always live in the present, and I'm always looking forward.”
She added “I realised that I've spent most of my life being told no, being told that I'm not good enough for whatever reason, ever since I was young and I was at school.”
Victoria’s three kids attended the premier of the documentary but her firstborn skipped the event along with his wife Nicola.
