"Jim's a special guy. Everyone loves his energy," the insider added. However, Aniston is “incredibly focused on work right now" as she is currently filming The Morning Show season 5, and Curtis has “always been very supportive of her schedule and everything that comes with it,” as per the source.

The source also noted that despite the pair having “a lot going on professionally but make time for each other during the week whenever they can.”

A source also shared that the couple shares “a tight group of friends” and enjoys spending time together socially.

The insider added that Jennifer Aniston is “very grateful” for her life, noting that Jim Curtis entered it at “a really good time.” According to the source, their relationship felt more authentic early on because it first began as a friendship.

Romance rumours surrounding the couple first emerged in July 2025 after they were spotted together in Mallorca, Spain, alongside friends including Jason Bateman, his wife Amanda Anka, and Amy Schumer.

Four months later, the Friends star appeared to make the relationship Instagram official when she shared a birthday post featuring herself and Curtis.
