Filmmaker Karan Johar may be one of Bollywood’s most well-known names, but inside his house, he is just a dad getting funny remarks from his children.

The 53-year-old is a father to twins Yash Johar and Roohi Johar, who were born through surrogacy in February 2017. He is raising them as a single parent with support from his mother, Hiroo Johar.

Recently, the director shared a funny video on social media where his son Yash complained about his singing. In the clip, Karan was singing an old song when Yash suddenly burst into laughter.

When the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai director asked why he was laughing, Yash replied, "Your singing is bad. It makes my education bad. Do you want my education bad?"

A surprised producer then said, "Why does my bad singing affect your education? What do you mean by that? That's offensive".

Yash calmly answered, "That's true logic".

Karan captioned the video, "I was told off yet again."

The ace filmmaker often shares little adorable moments with his children over social media, which reflect their bonding.

On the professional side, Karan Johar’s production house Dharma Productions is entering Gujarati cinema with the film Jindagi Once More, starring Siddharth Randeria. The movie is scheduled to release on June 19.
