The makers of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai have now finally shown the much awaited trailer and it kinda promises this full fledged Bollywood entertainer loaded with comedy, romance confusion, music and nonstop chaos.

It brings back that signature flavour of classic commercial Hindi cinema, plus the film is also the fourth collaboration between filmmaker David Dhawan and actor Varun Dhawan. It's one of those releases you feel in your bones before it even drops.

The trailer gives little glimpses into a colourful world, full of nearby mistaken identities and comic misunderstandings with quirky family dynamics bigger than life moments and high energy dance numbers kinda the same setup that has for ages defined David Dhawan’s style of filmmaking. 

He’s known for directing a bunch of iconic comedy entertainers over the years and now it looks like the filmmaker is back to his comfort zone this time with a family oriented comedy drama.

Producer Ramesh Taurani also shared some bits about the vision behind the entertainer.

“With Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, we wanted to craft a wholesome movie packed with laughter, music, romance and family fun, kinda. Were also excited for audiences to feel the film’s energy, and this ‘madness’ as well,” he said.

Directed by David Dhawan , produced by Tips Films and co produced by Maximilian Films UK, the movie wants to serve a rather nostalgic big screen comedy vibe especially for family audiences. Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is scheduled to hit cinemas on June 5.
