Television couple Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya, nearly 10 years after their marriage, have welcomed twin baby boys and shared this happy news with fans on social media.

The couple announced the news through a soft and emotional joint Instagram post on Tuesday. 

The 41-year-old actors shared a picture of two babies dressed in blue outfits sitting together. The text on the image read, “We asked for happiness… God said, ‘Take double.’ Blessed with twin baby boys.”

Along with the picture, they wrote, “The wait is finally over… ‘The Boys’ are here, and life already feels more beautiful than we ever imagined. 

Mere Karan Arjun aa gaye! Need all your love and blessings as Div and I begin this incredible new chapter of parenthood.”

Soon after the announcement was posted online, friends from the television industry and fans flooded the comments section with best wishes and congratulatory messages. 

Actor Akanksha Puri wrote, “Oh my God Super duper happy for you.” Many fans said the announcement made them emotional, with one writing, “I can’t stop crying, congratulations to the new parents.”

Divyanka and Vivek first met on the set of TV show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. They tied the knot in 2016 in Bhopal and later won the dance reality show Nach Baliye together.

Earlier this year, Divyanka had revealed her pregnancy after keeping it private for six months. 

The couple recently also started a YouTube channel where they shared moments from their journey towards parenthood.
