HBO’s hit series Euphoria has finally ended aftera successful three season run.

The final episode dropped on May 31 marking the end of the show which began in 2019.

In the final episode, the show paid tribute to late star Angus Cloud who featured on the first two seasons of the show before he passed away in 2023 at the age of 25.

Throughout the third season, Angus’ character Fezco remained present as it is shown that he was sentenced to 30 years in prison and talked to Rue, Zendaya’s character, on phone.

In the final episode, an unreleased clip of the two from season 1 was shown as a tribute to the late actor.

One user on X wrote “Angus didn’t make it in real life, so at least in the made-up world of Euphoria, he’s still alive.”

Another said “the fez and rue flashback made me sob”.

Explaining the decision to do, the creator Sam Levison said “Angus didn’t make it in real life, so at least in the made-up world of Euphoria, he’s still alive.”

Along with Angus, Eric Dane, who played Nate Jacob’s father, also passed away before the season three came out.
