Avengers: Doomsday trailer release might take a little longer than fans expect.

Recently, the Russo Brothers attended the SXSW event in London, where they became a part of the special screening of Avengers: Infinity War.

Following the screening, they even did a panel session where the duo spoke about the status of Doomsday and the preps for the Secret Wars.

According to Joe, they are still doing some work on the 2026 action sci-fi, which means that the work isn’t finalized on the film and it can take longer for the trailer to come out.

“We are doing some work still on Doomsday and will be until probably they rip it out of our hands in November”, said the 54-year-old former actor.

On the other hand, he also teased Secret Wars by saying, “We’re in the middle of what we would call pre-production on Secret Wars.”

Joe confessed that they like to do many things at the same time.

Unfortunately, fans aren’t interested anymore in these fresh updates as the Russo Brothers have upset them with their surprise announcement, which was an Avengers: Doomsday-themed coffee shop that popped up in London.

The world was expecting that they would surprise them with a trailer release, instead they left fans disappointed.

The fresh update provided by the Russos about the film has sparked a debate online as fans are bashing them on X saying, “Sounds like a lot of work. Should probably have some coffee first.”

Another frustrated netizen wrote, “He’s genuinely so annoying. Just release the fkn trailer.”

Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to hit theatres on December 18.
