Nicholas Galitzine has unveiled the insane training he went through to transform into He-Man for Masters of the Universe.

The Idea of You star is all set to portray an unusual and challenging role for the first time in an action sci-fi movie based on the Mattel character He-Man, the strongest man in the universe.

Ahead of the film release, the 31-year-old appeared for a chat at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where the host asked him about the intense training he had to do to get all jacked up.

Galitzine opened, “It was a lot of calories. It was like 5000 calories a day.” He further made an embarrassing confession as he said, “Yeah, I was pooping a lot.”

Jimmy also asked Nicholas, “What was the first thing you ate when you stopped training?”

“I think I had a sort of a like a sushi burger, pizza concoction. Just like stuffing my face”, he added.

It wasn’t an easy role to portray as it consisted of extreme physical action besides juts bulking up for the character.

Galitzine’s Masters of the Universe is coming to theatres on June 5. The film also features Camila Mendes, Jared Leto, Idris Elba and Alison Brie.
