Pete Davidson appears to be proving he is a present father shortly after his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his daughter Scottie, Elsie Hewitt, alleged that she was raising their child on her own.

The 32-year-old American comedian and actor was seen spending quality time with Scottie on Monday, June 8, as he pushed her in a stroller during a park outing in New York City, in a photo obtained by DeuxMoi.

For the laid-back outing, Davidson donned an oversized sweatshirt and white shorts, which he paired with a black pair of shades.

The father-daughter sighting just days came after Hewitt claimed on social media that she had been raising her and the Saturday Night Live alum's daughter alone.

Following the breakup confirmation in May 2026, the 30-year-old model drew attention after posting about an urgent need for childcare support for Scottie, saying she now had to earn money for the baby as well.

“I have a baby to take care of. I have to work and make money,” she wrote via Instagram Stories at the time.

She added, ​“I’m doing it on my own, which is hard.”

The new mother updated her followers last Thursday, revealing that she had gotten very little sleep after spending the night caring for her daughter, including changing diapers and preparing purées.

Contrary to Hewitt’s claims, sources later stated that Davidson had been “making sure that Elsie and Scottie are looked after.”

Moreover, the Bupkis actor’s friends were reportedly “utterly confused” by his ex’s posts suggesting he was not supporting her, insisting that the claims were inaccurate.
