The dispute around Don 3 continued to draw attention as fresh statements emerged from industry circles regarding the controversy linked with actor exit and reported production losses.

FWICE chief adviser Ashoke Pandit had spoken about the matter in a recent interview, where he referred to internal discussions and efforts made to settle the issue.

He said that a producer and director had approached the federation with concerns related to the project. According to him, they had already invested a large amount in pre-production work before filming was expected to begin.

He also stated that the federation had contacted Ranveer Singh to hear his side, but no response was received for several weeks. He added that reminders were sent during that period as part of the process.

Ashoke Pandit said that some members of the industry, including Aamir Khan, had tried to help resolve the matter before it reached the federation level.

He further stated, “Many people from the industry, including Aamir Khan, had been trying to resolve the issue before it came to us.”

He added that financial losses had already been reported by the production team, and that such situations raised concerns about accountability in the industry.

According to him, the federation had reviewed documents and communication before taking any decision in the case. He clarified that the action taken was not a formal ban but a procedural step.
