Yash Raj Films dropped the trailer of Alpha on Wednesday, giving viewers a first proper look at the upcoming spy action film. 

The teaser is packed with action and introduces Alia Bhatt and Sharvari as deadly agents who seem to be chasing the same target. 

While fans praised the action scenes many couldn't stop talking about a mystery face shown for just a few seconds.

Towards the end of the teaser both female leads are seen in the middle of a fight sequence. 

A person wearing a white robe is sitting on the floor, and only a pair of sharp eyes is shown. Fans quickly guessed that it was Hrithik Roshan returning as Major Kabir Dhaliwal.

A user commented, “This is so Damn good. Wow.” A comment read, “Can't believe Hrithik Roshan is here too Now this movie superhit definitely” Another fan added, “So Hrithik cameo is final!”

Many viewers also praised the teaser's action. One wrote, “Not the routine YRF SPY Universe movie. the best trailer of the spy universe so far, the visuals looks good, vfx looks good and Alia Bhatt showing again why she is the best in the business. sharvari is adding more fun and HRITHIK????? DAMN.” 

Another fan wrote, “One moment for how different this trailer looks from what we've seen since so long, in all amazing ways there's genuinely something to look forward to in this movie! And the bgm & the tension between the casting is actually so good.” 

Another commented, “Alpha trailer got me seated. Alia, Bobby & Hrithik absolutely delivered. The action blocks are next level and that core intro hits different. A fresh vibe from the spy universe and I’m here for it. Really leveled up the color palette from their past movies.”

Hrithik first played Major Kabir in War and later returned in War 2. 

Alpha, directed by Shiv Rawail and backed by Aditya Chopra, is the seventh film in the YRF Spy Universe. The movie is set to release worldwide on July 3.
