Akshay Kumar's Welcome To The Jungle has finally hit theatres today, June 26, and early reactions are all over social media.

The makers held paid preview shows a day early, on June 25, and right after that, X was flooded with reactions. A lot of viewers are calling it exactly what it set out to be, chaotic, loud, and packed with comedy.

Most people seem happy it didn't try to be anything more than a fun watch, and viewers are also giving major credit to the makers for somehow pulling together such a huge cast in one film.

Akshay, unsurprisingly, is getting a ton of praise; his comic timing seems to be the thing everyone's hailing as the film's biggest strength.

There's also this advice from people who watched it: don't think too hard about the plot. Just go in for the laughs, apparently, and you'll have a good time.

Movie critic Taran Adarsh reviewed the film in one word as, "ENTERTAINING"

A user shared his thoughts about the film as, “I just watched Welcome to the Jungle, and bro, this movie is going to make history. After many decades, I finally watched a real cinema. This is what Bollywood is capable of. If Marvel fans say Bollywood has no movie like Avengers: Endgame, I'll show them Welcome to the Jungle. Unki bolti band ho jaayegi.”

A review read, "Finally watched #WelcomeToTheJungle in its entirety. The film arrives with a clear promise: Leave logic at home.. switch off your brain.. and enjoy the madness. Going by that promise, IT LARGELY DELIVERS."

However, the reviews are not all glowing. Some people thought it was just okay, leaning a bit too much on star power and over-the-top humour instead of an actual story.

A third user criticised the film as,” #WelcomeToTheJungle Biggest Disaster Of The Year full torture film only forced comedy and weak story poor editing predictable twists #AkshayKumar's performance is flat Suniel Shetty was good performance.”

Another wrote, "I went to watch Welcome to the Jungle because I genuinely loved Welcome. Within 10 minutes, I was thinking, "Bas ghar jaana hai."
