FIFA World Cup 2026 is getting more thrilling with one of the most anticipated matches yet set to begin.

Two European nations, France and Norway, are scheduled to come face to face in a heated encounter.

Young stars like Mbappe, Dembele and Haaland will headline the clash in a thrilling match with the top spot at stake.

The two unbeaten teams will battle for top spot in Group I on Friday in Boston.

While speaking with media in the post match presser after the Senegal match, Haaland said “I couldn’t care too much about that game now. They’re [France] probably going to win against us, they’re probably going to win the whole tournament.”

While both have already secured that seat in the next round, they will hope to carry the momentum and favorable seeding in one of the most anticipated matches of the group phase.

The matchup also pits Golden Boot contenders Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland against one another, with Lionel Messi currently setting the pace in the scoring race.
