Jasmin Bhasin flies back to India to continue her treatment in her homeland after being hospitalised in Dubai
Actor Jasmin Bhasin shared a new but concerning update about her health with fans after being hospitalised in Dubai.
The 35-year-old went to the UAE with her partner, actor Aly Goni, for a birthday getaway, but things didn’t go as planned and took an unexpected turn.

On Monday, the 34-year-old actor broke the news of her illness on social media by sharing pictures from the hospital alongside a birthday note.
Fans bombarded the post with birthday greetings and concerns about the Naagin 4 actress’s health, leading the Jeet Ki Zid actor to share further details: “We came to Dubai to celebrate Jasmin's birthday, but life had other plans. She suddenly fell very sick and had to be hospitalized due to a serious infection.”
Later, Jasmin also took to Instagram and acknowledged the concern and love she has been receiving from fans.
In a video shared on Instagram Stories, she revealed that she has returned to India to continue her treatment in her home country.
The Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji lead said, “A lot of you are really concerned and needed an update about my health. So, I didn’t get medical clearance, and I wasn’t ‘fit to fly’ as per my hospital because I am still not out of the danger zone.”
She continued, “The hospital, their doctors, staff, and healthcare facilities were amazing, and I am really thankful to them. But, home is home. Somehow, they have stabilised me with injections, and right now I am at the airport. I’ll be going to another hospital and get admitted to continue my treatment in India.”
In an earlier statement, Jasmin revealed that the day after she landed in Dubai, she fell severely sick and had to be hospitalised after being diagnosed with terminal ileitis and a severe high-risk infection and inflammation.
Assuring her fans about her recovery, the Dil Se Dil Tak star added, “ Life is very unexpected but I am much better and should be back soon, but I am grateful to all of your love for my birthday and all your best wishes for my speedy recovery.
