Tom Holland has nothing but a high respect for Oscar winning filmmaker Christopher Nolan, with whom he has worked on new film, The Odyssey.

The upcoming Greek epic movie is based on Homer’s poem of the same name, and it features an outstanding ensemble cast.

This is the first time; Holland has collaborated with Nolan, and he feels proud to be a part of this project.

The Spider-Man actor recently appeared for a chat on Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast where he was asked, “It sounds like you were a changed actor coming out of this experience.”

“Is that safe to say like you experiencing the Chris Nolan thing has set you on different paths or just changed you outlook?”

The 30-year-old responded, “I’ve always been someone who’s hugely passionate about making movies and finding new ways to do it and it feels like Chris Nolan’s way is really unique.”

Tom admitted that he had never experienced anything like this before and he would love to do it as many times as possible.

According to the Uncharted actor he feels like this movie “perfect kind of endpoint to the first chapter of my career.”

“It feels like the last time I get to play a boy. This is such an amazing coming-of age story for my character”, confessed Holland.

Led by Matt Damon, The Odyssey also stars Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya and Charlize Theron. The film is coming out in theatres on July 17.
