Hera Pheri 3 controversy is not dying down anytime soon as a new problem emerges following the departure of Priyadarshan.
Ever since, the new sequel has been announced, it has been suffering with blockades including Paresh Rawal’s sudden exit and re-entry and then the OG director’s departure from the project.
As per a new public notice, Akshay Kumar’s production company has claimed to have the sole rights to commercially produce and exploit the film.
As per the reports of News 18, the notice issued by the Kumar’s production house told “all distributors, exhibitors, cinema chains, OTT and streaming platforms, television broadcasters, digital platforms, advertisers, licensors, licensees, aggregators, syndicators, and all other persons and entities concerned, that Cape of Good Films LLP is the sole and exclusive holder of with the cinematograph film presently titled ‘Hera Pheri 3’ (‘the Film’).
The production company also warned all persons and entities to refrain from entering any arrangement, transaction, negotiation, representation, or dealing with any third-party claiming rights in or relating to the Film without the prior written authorisation of Cape of Good Films LLP.”
They further cautioned that anyone acting against this notice will have to face with legal consequences.
Hera Pheri 3 will reunite Kumar with Rawal and Suniel Shetty.
