Adam Sandler’s 'kiss every day' advice at Swift-Kelce wedding revealed
Travis Kelce's NFL coach spills Adam Sandler’s simple love advice at his wedding to Taylor Swift
Adam Sandler’s marriage advice to newlyweds Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has been shared by Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid.
In a conversation with CNN on Sunday, July 5, during an event in Salt Lake City, Utah, the 68-year-old coach, who attended the highly anticipated wedding on Friday, July 3, said Sandler advised the couple to express romance at every opportunity.
“He said, ‘Kiss every chance you get — every chance you have, every single day. So whether you’re going to bed or going to work, go ahead and kiss her,’” Reid recalled of the Happy Gilmore star’s heartwarming message during the ceremony.
He continued, “And I thought that was, in a simple way, really touching.”
Reiterating Sandler’s advice, the coach said that making your spouse feel loved through simple gestures like kissing whenever possible can help maintain a strong marriage.
“Hard to argue when you give your wife a kiss, or your wife gives you a kiss,” he stated in video reporter Krysyan Edler’s post on X.
Reid added, “Make sure you do it every day, every minute—if you have the opportunity, do it, and you won’t have problems.”
He also praised Sandler’s simple yet meaningful words, which left a lasting impression.
“In a simply hysterical way, he was a phenomenal… he’s crazy, but he did a great job of marrying them with a lot of humour. That part there, I thought, was pretty good advice in its simplest form,” the American football coach remarked.

Instead, Swift’s brother Austin Swift served as her man of honour, while Jason Kelce acted as his younger brother’s best man. They also wore Dior for their wedding looks.
