Kangana Ranaut reacts to Siya Goyal case, shares message for youth
Kangana posted a note on her Instagram Stories, where she spoke about social media, dating culture and the need for purpose in life
Indian actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut reacted to reports linked to the alleged murder case involving Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary by sharing a message on social media about modern relationships and life choices.
The reaction came after media reports claimed that investigators had recovered digital evidence, including WhatsApp chats, during the ongoing investigation. Reports also stated that Siya Goyal was allegedly married to Chetan Chaudhary.
Kangana posted a note on her Instagram Stories, where she spoke about social media, dating culture and the need for purpose in life.
She wrote, “WhatsApp, Instagram, dating apps, benching, ghosting, double/triple-digit body counts, crumbing, seeing, testing, filters, stories, drugs, clubs, all this and much more, and still it’s not enough.”
The Tanu Weds Manu actress further added, “Passion without a goal or a purpose will find many such random, self-destructive expressions. That’s why obsession is important, but with your career or some skill.”
In the same post, Kangana also addressed young people. She wrote, “To the young and the restless, I want to say that channelise your energies into a constructive path. Think with an open mind but live a conservative life. That way, you can avoid jail, boredom, negativity, depression, and many such dooms.”
According to police, the accused had allegedly spent several months studying previous murder cases and searching for ways to avoid leaving forensic evidence. Investigators alleged that the victim was pushed from Lohagad Fort and the incident was presented as an accident.
An officer associated with the investigation reportedly told NDTV that the alleged crime had been driven by personal relationships and pressure between the two families.
On the work front, Kangana recently completed filming for her upcoming movie Queen 2, the sequel to her 2014 film Queen.
