Alaia Baldwin Aronow who is the older sister of Rhode's founder Hailey Bieber is at the risk of going to jail for up to a year.

Prosecutors filed multiple misdemeanour charges against Bieber's sister following her allegedly assaulting multiple individuals at a Georgia nightclub.

The 33-year-old model was taken under arrest in February 2024 after the Club Elan incident.

According to the police a dispute escalated at the scene involving staff and security.

Georgia prosecutors have now charged Aronow with four misdemeanours including simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

If Aronow is found guilty it is possible for her to be serving up to one year in jail on battery charges against her.

The charges are connected to the club incident where Aronow apparently entered a restricted employee bathroom and later became involved in a physical confrontation while being removed from the venue.

A police report reviewed by Page Six claims a bartender accused Aronow of throwing a used tampon during the encounter.

Prosecutors also allege Aronow pulled a chunk of hair from one individual's head and struck another while security escorted her out of the club.

Surveillance footage reportedly captured portions of the incident though the case has not yet been adjudicated.

Aronow has denied some of the allegations and justified her actions in front of authorities as self-defense according to the police report.

Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23 where she is expected to formally respond to the charges.

The case has drawn attention due to Aronow’s high-profile family ties.

She is the eldest daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and the sister of Hailey Bieber who is currently married to pop star Justin Bieber.

As the legal process moves forward the allegations remain unproven and Aronow is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.
