Salman Khan lost his temper after being surrounded by paparazzi outside a Mumbai hospital on Tuesday, May 20.

The Bollywood superstar was seen exiting Hinduja Hospital in the Mahim area when photographers gathered closely and began recording him.

As the situation became crowded, Khan briefly stopped and firmly asked the paparazzi to behave, prompting them to apologise and lower their cameras.

The actor then continued towards his car. It has not been confirmed who Khan visited at the hospital or the purpose of his visit.

Later, fans showed support for the Sultan actor on social media.

"They deserve that schooling," one X user wrote. "They have no brains at all, they are outside a hospital & the paps are shouting & screaming disturbing the patients or some patients might be fighting for life & death situations or relatives loss of a loved one or new born babies. They have no brains on how to behave. What are they doing outside a hospital."

The incident comes shortly after Khan addressed concerns about his earlier remarks on loneliness.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the actor clarified that his comments were not a reflection of personal struggle, but rather a passing thought.

He also acknowledged that while he maintains a wide social circle, there are moments when he prefers to step back.

Khan described this as his “social battery” running low, explaining that he occasionally needs time away from public interactions.

The latest hospital appearance and his reaction to photographers has once again drawn attention to the actor’s relationship with the media, which often follows him closely during public outings.
