'The White Lotus' season 4 begins production with major change
'The White Lotus' is coming back for season 4
With cameras rolling on its fourth season, The White Lotus is preparing to introduce a major change.
The next installment will bring a subtle twist to its established formula, according to Variety.
Mike White’s critically praised anthology series explores class through a satirical lens, balancing tragicomedy and mystery as each season unfolds at a resort, following the lives of both guests and staff.
The upcoming season will split its setting between two hotels, Airelles Château de la Messardière and Hôtel Martinez, introducing a slight variation to the show’s established structure, as per Variety.
While earlier seasons were confined to one hotel and its surrounding grounds, the upcoming installment broadens its scope to span two separate properties.
Production is taking place in St Tropez, Monaco and Paris, while the narrative is set along the French Riviera.
The new season is also packed with a star studded cast which includes Helena Bonham Carter, Vincent Cassel, Steve Coogan, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Dylan Ennis, Corentin Fila, Ari Graynor, Marissa Long and Chris Messina.
Additional cast members are Alexander Ludwig, AJ Michalka, Kumail Nanjiani, Nadia Tereszkiewicz, Chloe Bennet, Sandra Bernhard, Heather Graham, Max Greenfield, Frida Gustavsson, Charlie Hall, Jarrad Paul, Rosie Perez, Ben Schnetzer and Laura Smet.
