Actor Yash shared his thoughts on the upcoming epic Ramayana, calling it a story deeply rooted in humanity and culture during a recent conversation about the film.

The K.G.F: Chapter 1 actor said that the story had remained relevant for thousands of years and held strong cultural importance. He stated that Ramayana was not just a tale but a part of history and tradition.

He said, “This is a story that has stayed for 5,000 years. It is part of our culture. It is our history.”

Yash further explained that the story carried a global message about human behavior and values. He said it showed how a person should act with dignity even in difficult situations.

He added, “It is a story about humanity. It is a story about how a person in any situation has to conduct himself gracefully.”

The Kirataka actor also spoke about Lord Ram’s life journey and the challenges he faced. He said the character’s path reflected strength and patience, even during loss and struggle.

He said, “Lord Rama faced unbelievable problems in his life… but he took all of it gracefully.”

The film also stars Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, Yash as Ravana, and DSunny Deol and Ravi Dubey as Hanuman and Lakshman, independently. Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Arun Govil, Kunal Kapoor, Adinath Kothare, Sheeba Chaddha, and Indira Krishnan are also part of the project.

Ramayana Part I is scheduled for release this Diwali, with the second chapter set to release in Diwali 2027.
