Indian filmmaker Atlee has recently reflected on his collaboration with Deepika Padukone for the second time after Jawan movie.

The director is extremely excited to reunite with Deepika on his Telugu pan-India movie AA22xA6, headlined by Allu Arjun.

While speaking with India Today, Atlee reveals that Deepika is his “lucky charm”.

Elaborating on further, the 39-year-old director says, “This my second film with Deepika, and she's wonderful, she's unbelievable.” 

Atlee also points out that it will “showcase a completely different side of Deepika,” while marking her comeback to the big screen post motherhood.

Elsewhere in the interview, the Baby John director explains that this project is going to his “biggest movie” of his career.

“I am aware of how everyone wants to hear about the film. And honestly, more than my audience, I am really waiting to tell them everything,” he continues.

Atlee discloses that his team “are spending sleepless nights working on it and we are readying something really big for everyone”.

“Once it's done, trust me, everyone will enjoy it to the maximum,” adds the director.

For those unversed, AA22xA6 will be Deepika’s second Telugu pan-India movie after Kalki 2898 AD.

Meanwhile, the actress will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s King starring Shah Rukh Khan, which is slated for December 2026 release.
