Cody Simpson reflects on relationships with past exes including Kylie Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Miley Cyrus
Cody Simpson has recently looked back at his dating history which included famous names like Kylie Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Miley Cyrus.
The Australian musician, who is currently dating American influencer Adelia Clark, talks about his dating life in the past.
During an appearance on the We Need To Talk with Paul C. Brunson podcast on March 10, Cody revealed that her first girlfriend was Kylie whom he met at the LA premiere of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse back in 2010 and exchanged numbers on the red carpet.
Kylie Jenner
“I was young like 14 or 15. I took Kylie to the movies or something and we dated for about a year and I think we just bonded through being in these unique situations,” recalled the 29-year-old.
After the relation ended in 2012, the singer then went on to date the supermodel Gigi, whom he also called his “first love” on the podcast.
Gigi Hadid
He first saw Gigi on the billboard and thought she was the “hot older girl”.
Cody's friend knew the supermodel and he gave him Gigi's mobile number.
The ex-couple dated for two years before they parted ways back in 2015.
“It was kind of like she was my first love, man… We were together for, on and off, about two years,” he told the podcast host.
However, Cody realised that her stepdad David Foster at the time didn’t appreciate Gigi’s relationship with him.
Miley Cyrus
A few years later, the musician went on to date Disney actress and singer Miley.
“Miley and I did all Covid lockdown and everything together. But we met back when I was 18.”
Cody shared that they “used to go and party together and hang out, and we just always had a lot in common and she did one of my album artworks for my song. It was called Flower”.
Therefore, he mentioned that they “connected and bonded through in a way, rebelling from being in that teen pop stardom thing”.
Although Miley and Cody dated for 10 months only, he would “always be grateful” for the experience.
