Jenna Ortega has channeled some serious gothic elegance with edgy fashion for the 2026 Golden Globes.

On Sunday, January 11, the Wednesday star was seen hitting the star-studded evening’s red carpet in a sleek black gown that delves into dark, Wednesday-inspired drama.

Following the event, Ortega shared a carousel of razor-sharp, enticing photos of herself from the night.

The dramatic dress, designed by Dilara Fındıkoğlu, featured a high Victorian-style neckline with intricate black embellishments. Her old-school bodice was tightly fitted, but the side cut-outs through the waist brought edgy boldness to Ortega’s dress.

Ortega’s dress was a talk-worthy look, as the sleeves brought distinct drama with delicate fringes cascading from the shoulders.

The Netflix breakout star completed her look with her hair pulled back in a soft updo and minimal makeup with nude lips, keeping the focus on the enticing dress.

As for her Golden Globe nominations, Ortega has been nominated twice for the prestigious award, both for her performance in Netflix’s gothic-comedy drama, Wednesday.

She earned her first nomination back in 2023 for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy category for her role as Wednesday in Season 1.

Ortega earned her second nomination in the same category this year for Wednesday Season 2.

However, at the 2026 Golden Globes, Jean Smart won the category for her role in Hacks.
